Monarch operates as a wholesaler selling directly to retailers only. As importers / distributors, we do not sell to individual consumers. We are however, always available for questions & comments

Our website has been designed to give a general idea of our product lines, and only a few of our 1,400 items are featured on this site. We cannot provide any pricing because our customers who are independently owned and operated retailers, establish the prices for which our products are sold to the public.
Monarch will occasionally make a product available or customize one of its RTA manufactured items for a retailer if the volume is large enough. However, we do not customize our products on order for regular customers and consumers. Our product line is vast enough to suit many decor styles, trends and colors.
The retailer where you purchased your Monarch product is independently owned and operated, we do not control their order management. If for any reason a retailer requires assistance on tracking an order they should contact their Monarch representative directly.
Monarch is unable to provide the public with product catalogues or any other printed materials. Only retailers who have opened an account with Monarch Specialties Inc. can receive this material.
Our products are sold through authorized retailers and some of these retailers have websites that sell our products online. In order to ensure that our customers receive valuable advice and assistance through our retailers, Monarch does not sell any product online.
Monarch does not sell directly to the public. The distribution and service of our products is entrusted to authorized furniture, decor, lighting and accent furniture & accessories retailers. Please refer to our 'Contact Us' page to request more information.
All refund and exchange policy agreements you have with your retailer are established independently from Monarch Specialties Inc. For any information regarding this subject, please contact the retailer that sold you the product.
In most cases, parts or assembly pieces can be replaced. Simply log on to www.monarchservice.com and fill out the service request form. From there, our service department will respond to your request by sending you an acknowledgement, followed by the status of your request, and finally your replacement part(s). In some cases, you might be asked to return to the point of purchase for service.
Any warranty you may have is with the retailer where your Monarch item was purchased.
